Happy 49th Birthday Mum..
Today is my mum's birthday.. she would be 49. Still feels strange not to be calling her today, trying to be the first one (she always strived to be the first caller on any occasion!), even after a year and a half. This is a picture of her on her honeymoon at Niagra Falls. She was 25 and had two kids already. Wow!

Cynthia, I am thinking of you today. Today would have been my dad's 91st birthday, and he has been gone 3 years in February. I feel extra sad for you though honey as there is never ever anyone like your mom. For all of this coulda's and woulda's I send you my heart. Gone too soon, ;(

Gosh you guys are all so sweet. Can we get together for a hug? Right now?!? This Nov 8th was loads better than last year, in terms of me not just sitting there and sobbing. I think I handled it pretty good.
